Our Diploma introduces you to the academic disciplines that underline the effective management of Human Resources (HR) and proceeds to explore the theory, practice and strategy of Human Resource Management. It is also designed to strengthen existing skills and knowledge through the application of theory to practice. This Diploma provides a theoretical understanding of management concepts, with an overview of HR, and aims to help you develop a basic understanding of Human Resource Management.
