Main Responsibilities:

  • To manage the Quality Assurance (QA) process, from preparing feedback forms to conducting evaluations in lecture rooms, to compiling and preparing of summary reports
  • Partners’ QA processes are adhered to and completed within deadline
  • To prepare documents for all accreditation or re- accreditation of courses for submission to the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) and/or Mauritius Qualifications Authority (MQA) and other local or international regulatory bodies
  • To provide updates on accreditation status for each course
  • To arrange, attend and follow up on meetings in regards to Quality Assurance with our local Regulators and other Business Partners
  • To prepare for meetings and take minutes of same
  • To prepare paper works for the validation of programmes and collating information as and when appropriate
  • Will be responsible for the proper documentation and filing of all QA documents
  • To ensure all quality standards of Rushmore Business School are maintained and regular checks are carried out, for example students’ files are checked at a regular basis, records, amongst others
  • Adhoc as required by Head of Administration and Quality Assurance and the Director

Qualification:

Must be a degree holder preferably in the Quality and Management Field.

2-3 years’ experience in a similar position

  • High level of computer competency in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in maintaining an organised administrative system
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proven ability as a team player and be able to work at own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Be extremely meticulous

Main responsibilities (Hardware / Software / Network / Security):

  • Responsible for the configuration, installation and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure
  • Provide effective support in hardware and software related issues.
  • Manage, monitor and troubleshoot
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Participate in IT related projects.
  • Propose enhancement of existing systems, procedures and policies.
  • Monitor networks and systems, review logs to detect security breaches and anomalous system behaviour
  • Help to increase IT security awareness for the whole company
  • Provide a daily report to the Senior Network Administrator.

Qualification:

  • Holder of Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Working experience, technical certification would be an advantage

  • Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills (English & French).
