This course explores the nature of this difference and the relationship between leadership and management whilst relating each concept to the dynamics of the diverse sectors within the hospitality industry. Students who successfully complete the BSc (Hons) Hospitality Leadership and Management will become innovative and entrepreneurial leaders and managers who can adapt to change in an increasingly interconnected and dynamic hospitality industry.
